Six freaking time zones too big. I only traveled halfway across the continent and now I'm 2 hours behind Texas. Sometimes you can fly west and arrive only a few minutes after you departed.

I listened to Wilco the other day DaButt, not sure what to make of the new album yet. I need to give it a few more goes before I can really get into it. It took me ages to see what all the fuss about Yankee Hotel Foxtrot was about, but now I love it.

It's a little understated, but I think the tunes are good and I can see some of them turning into great big piles of goodness when they're performed live.
I'm going to watch 1/3 of the band playing with their side projects tonight in Hollywood.
