It's the best way.

:D

Just came across a horrific traffic accident on a back road. Van vs. Porsche Carrerra and the Porsche got the worst of it; there was nothing left of the driver's compartment. It had probably happened about 15 seconds earlier and the woman in the car in front of me was a nurse. She didn't spend much time looking in the window, so I fear the worst while hoping for the best. Be careful on the roads, people.

I have a 1300-mile drive coming up this weekend and I'll be a little less likely to speed this time.

EDIT: News reports say that the driver of the Porsche was traveling at an excessive rate of speed and lost control of his vehicle. Despite what the article says, he was not ejected. He had to be cut from the vehicle.

What a tragic waste of a life.

Drive safely DaButt.

Compared to that my 23 miles tomorrow morning is nothing.

Go steady Randy :)

I have an annoying habit of rereading old threads that get bumped! Just finished the dreams one. What a load of bollocks we all talk.

Have you only just realised?

So, thousands dying from faulty heart pace-makers - Great! Considering I am going to see a heart specialist in the next fortnight, which will probably result in me having one fitted.

Ain't life wonderful.

Herc look at it this way, they know what's wrong with them.

You're like the Tommy in the Somme at the back of the charge, getting a second chance because the Krauts are reloading.

Besides we've all got to go at some point, don't we?

Maybe not Terry Wogan.

Yes, but they still seem to be fitting them, seemingly faulty. Is it the Chinese finding another market to flood? Wouldn't be the first time the NHS have been duped.

And yes, we all have to go at some time, but I need more time to catch up with your post count. :P

Sadly I suspect it was a pretty basic error and easily corrected

were they being reserviced badly?

I always remember one swizz GPs got was examining the deceased before cremation.

Literally just to make sure there was no pace maker scar.

As that would lead to the oven exploding.

£50 a time, nice work if you can get it.

And take them out to resell them no doubt. >_<

On a slightly different subject I read in a comedy novel that breast implants are NOT biodegradable and can't be cremated. Is that true or just a fallacy?

Christ chapperz who are you trying to burn?

Why would they need to be biodegradable in a cremation?
