Yep. And probably 90% despise their job.

The other 10% just hate theirs.
I hate my boss, I spit in his tea, send him sexually agressive emails and assaulted him quite severely the other week.
I'm self employed.
What is it you do for a living.

Just seemed that that kind of post was more appropriate to Twitter than to BCG.

Jolly outlook!
I know but I think it's true. Can't tell you how many people I know who're on treatment for depression. Sad reflection on our society, though maybe it's always been so.

But Status Report lends itself to succinct trivial posts Bill.

Not sure if 50% is strictly accurate for depression alone, but there's certainly lots of people with undiagnosed mental illness. Sadly they just stumble along until something major happens.
I'm happy about Wawrinka's Australian Open victory.
If any more than 50% of the population were mentally ill, then that would be normal, and the rest of the population would be the peculiar ones.
Went to a band showcase my mates were running last night in East London and was very unimpressed. Two things struck me immediately -
1) The venue had a smoke machine on stage to give that smokey atmosphere you used to get at gigs when people used to smoke.
2) Modern music is boring.
Not to go all curmudgeonly and start sentences with 'Back in my day...', but it was all a load of conformist, inoffensive, plodding rubbish. When it comes to gigs, I'd rather experience something original and bad, then polished and dull.
Music is pretty awful at the moment. There's a few new bands coming out which I rather like, but they may just fall by the wayside as many do.
Ben enui seems to be your Sunday companion.
It's been my companion for several years now. Anyway, off to the gym in a bit. Something to achieve there.

Please name them as I'm finding it very difficult to locate any good, new music.
The only one I really like at the moment is an up and coming singer / songwriter called Tom Skelly - his stuff is very atmospheric with more then a hint of Jeff Buckley.
