I would send photos with the letter (next to a ruler to show how big it was -but I do get a smidge overexcited) and keep tubing.
Really? I was going to send the wrapper and tubing...do you think they may just chuck it back in the Curly Wurly mix??

Never trust Multi-Nationals !
Seriously though, I'm thinking back now and it gives me the shivers that he could have swallowed it down and then what.

As I said, I get over excited about this kind of thing (complaining) but it is scary to think what could have happened.. I'm sure just sending it back would be fine!
Quote: Ben @ August 13 2013, 7:46 AM BSTBen is getting his car from the garage shortly. He now has an eye infection to deal with.

Funnily enough, I did sit and think "Oh God, I hope I don't get whatever it was the Robyn had". I think my antibiotic drops have killed whatever it was now.
Ben is pretty tired and has to make sure he doesn't oversleep again tomorrow!

Then you won't have any evidence if they deny it.
I found a little bit of metal wire in some pate. I kept it for weeks planning to write a letter and all that, but just couldn't be bothered.
Threw it away the other day.
I sent an e mail complaining about a bit of plastic in my lasagne.
I realised after that it had fallen off the container when I severely overcooked it in the oven, a five pound gift voucher was about fair in the circumstances.

Did you all put your keys in a bowl and drive someone else's robot wife home?
Rob H has had his first driving lessons in 18 years this week. He has tried to explain to his wife that he is too old to learn a new skill, but she still booked the lessons on his behalf and everything. Sigh.
