Just got back from being dragged to see an evening of accoustic music at the Fiddlers Elbow in Chalk Farm.
Not one, but two female singer songwriters playing two chords and doing mid-tempo ballads about boyfriends - current ones, ex ones and the ones that got away. Seriously ladies, can you not think of anything else to write about except your predictably boring love lives?
On the plus side, the woman we went to support is bloody gorgeous and we got to see some bloke and his band, who are apparently the next big thing, they're doing a live session on Radio 2 or suttin.

Had to leave early because I'm so bloody skint, so don't feel too jealous. Because of tonight's escapades, have to stay in tomorrow and Saturday.
Though, I am getting lunch bought for me tomorrow by a film director friend because I helped ghost write his script. Oh and I'm out all day Sunday to party with the same production company and my actor friends.
