Ha, I was actually just thinking I really liked the look of it and that it looked rather professional!

It looks A LOT better than most amateur home business websites. And if I dare say so, it resembles some design patterns first seen on Leevil.co.uk from many years ago. Whatever that website was??

I was just offering my two cents (or pence).

Your BIO page should be your home page. The current HOME page others nothing. Most sites these days put everything on their HOME page, with the options of further details on other pages.

I would disagree with you on this Lee - SEO (search engine optimisation), meta tags, opening paragraph and keywords should make up your HOME page, that way, the Google 'spiders' can identify your website easily and push you up the rankings.

I think for the services Nat is offering and the prices demanded, the webpage doesn't look overly amateur to me at all.

Because the design work isn't the point of the website. That's just an aside for pocket money. The site only really exists so I have something that looks semi legit when I'm touting for comedy business.

No, I meant why not use your SKILLS with Photoshop to design a Nat Wicks flyer and use that as your front page?

And it's greatly valued. You're only saying what others may be thinking when they go on it, so it's best I know the full spectrum of feedback and can make appropriate and informed choices.

I rather like that idea. I'm not sure Moonfruit is flexible enough that I wouldn't have to use the header over each page though. I will look into it.

Anyway, I only wanted to know if the design page looked okay- I should know better than to ask for any sort of input on here and not expect it to inspire two pages of intense debate.

Haha! Good times - http://web.archive.org/web/20090122051941/http://www.leevil.co.uk/

Nat I like the 'Graffiti' style- mix of Caps, round and square letters.

An interesting contrast to the colours of your display designs!

Wicksy?

BIO: "self-deprecation" and DESIGN: "flexibility" are still not right.

Thank you. Fixed now. I'm thoroughly rubbish. I looked at flexibility for ages and couldn't figure out what was wrong. It's a real blind spot for me Teary

My boss went out today and, unbidden, he bought a cooling fan for my room. I forgive him for taking away my Sky TV.

Aw, he's not pure evil at least.

No, and he trusted me to work out how to plug it in all by myself! (He's the "I am a man, I will make the things work" type)

Swop a fan for Sky?

Harridan I need a new kidney, fancy a snickers and an odd sock?

I live in the attic with two skylights that bake my room all day long - it was a good swap!
