Apart from the one bollock.
After abandoning trying to learn since I last posted about it, much to everyone's extreme interest, you remember!, I have now got to do some writing for pay and so have restarted trying to learn to play Fur Elise. I have mastered three whole notes of the left hand. I am terribly pleased with myself, except for the lingering guilt that I should be working.

There's something about a man in uniform. Good job, dog lover, vegetarian, interested in music, architecture, foreign cultures and had his own chaffeur driven Mercedes. I'm telling you, his e-Harmony advert would have been swamped.

No, Letter To Elise.
I have written half a page. It is excellent. Mainly because of the introduction of a character called Laura
I'm a bit confused (what's new) but is there a connection with learning Fur Elise (love that tune) and the writing?

Is that why you buy your underpants from C&A? (oh yes, I went there - the joke, not your pants)

Nope, just getting around to doing something I meant to do for ages because now I'm supposed to be doing something else!

When I posted I thought 'should I refer to that joke?' and I thought 'no, surely no-one would go that low (the joke, not my pants).
And the Bristol City post goes up the charts of respectability, wow
