He didn't
All my dentist recommends is using Sensodyne toothpaste, but I don't find it always works. He once treated the gum with something (no doubt adding greatly to the expense) and it helped at first but didn't last.

Ellie is wearing her 4th poppy of the year (continually lose them)and is wearing it very proudly. Shall be observing the 2 minute silence at 11am even if the rest of the company doesn't.
