Billing me they didn't supply a service. Great fun.

I've just invoiced them £750 for not supplying them a service. Just for fun.

yikes.

Oh their bill is only £80.

My hourly rate is high when dealing with dumbf**ks.

Whats been the problem? I've been dealing with years I don't think I ever called techie dept.

Long Story.

I disputed an invoice at the end of last year, and didn't pay it.

Finally I relented and payed just to stop the phone calls it was only £43.

Anyway during that time they "suspended" service. I've just had an invoice for that period when my account was suspended. If they aren't supplying a service I don't expect a bill.

After after the 20th email in three days on this subject. I asked them where I should send my invoice for a service I didn't supply. Its all good fun.

Ah, late night BCG. How I have missed ye.

In the past I found sending an invoice was usually the quickest way to get someone significant at the other end to look into a problem & sort it out.

One time I was getting the BACS notices from a bank delivered to my address when it should have been the address of a firm further up the road.

I forwarded them twice but on the third occasion I sent an invoice for my time spent forwarding their mail. That fixed it. I did not get any more such incorrectly addressed BACS notices, though they never paid me the invoice...

Indeed. Bill has a good point. Go for the jugular and get to someone at the top of the food chain. We had a problem with talktalk internet or rather the absence thereof for nearly a month. In that time spouse and I tracked down the CEO's personal mobile and it was amazing how quickly the problem got sorted. We said jump. They asked how high.

Riley is feeling a lot happier this morning. Another interview next week. Current strike rate of apps to interviews is @90%. The only problem is getting any of them to make a decision. Still waiting on outcomes from May!

I think I must have had a bad pint last night...

It's part of the vast brewery-industrial complex conspiracy. One in ten pints is deliberately designed to make you sick. In my experience, it's usually the tenth.

We just found slow worms in the garden! How's your birthday going, BF?

I found two mummified sloworms under the livingroom rug last week. Bloody cats keep bringing them in.

Is this you, Timbo? :O http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/3624317/Drunks-amazing-tumble-on-CCTV-after-Savoy-awards-bash.html

Not as far as I can recall...
