If all tattoos have a scoring grid or archery style target then I take it all back,
It makes it a little secret that only you and a select few know about.
Like my basement.

Aren't there enough of those already?

We're not talking about your penis again are we?
That's why I love my 'Love Hate' tattoo on forehead!
Oh gosh. I've clearly started something which I shouldn't have! Also, I'm thinking shouldery area on my back so yeah, it'll be visible but only if I want it to be.
Morning!
Interesting topic you have started.
Tattoos always make me think of my grandfather and faded scrawls on sagging flesh. It is not a turn on.
I do wonder why anyone would pay to have permanently etched into their flesh a tasteless, amateurish daub that you would not hang on your wall.

Why the hell would your grandfather's sagging flesh be a turn on with or without a tattoo?
There's this weird conception that most people are out there want to impress teenagers or something. "Don't get a tattoo, imagine what it will look like when you're old". - Probably not much worse than my saggy arse, dear.
I do wonder where the desire to have something etched onto your flesh for life comes from. It seems an odd compulsion to me, speaking as someone who would never have one; like those people who have their teeth filed into points because they think they're vampires. Where does the desire spring from?
Each to their own and everything though, if that's what you want to do, it's your body.

It is an odd thing to do. But it's not that odd. And I would assume it came from ancient tribal tattooing practices and evolved from there to become more of a fashion statement. Which is I'm sure is an obvious answer but what else can it be?
There are a lot of shit tattoos out there. A LOT. But occasionally you may see some beautiful pieces of art somewhere on some people.
I think this girl "works it" (Kat Von D) -
But then she also looks good without too -
It's just something to do I suppose
