I need to go study about dementia in a bit. It's quite disturbing just how many people it afflicts as we get older.

When following a podcast for ruuning series, ensure that the correct podcast is loaded to the damn Walkman before setting out for run. Do not then spend forty five minutes trying to locate it and upload it unsuccessfully three times while spouse fumes that one is not spending time with spouse. Spouse will accept time spent on treadmill. Spouse is not happy about time spent on computer. Riley is in trouble.
