I typically oil them but my son made these and just checked them in the oven.

I thought everyone made baked potatoes like this.
I don't eat them often enough to develop such techniques. I just prick em with a fork and stick em in the microwave. Or if I'm less lazy, throw them in the oven - plain.
I then bathe them in butter and/or cheese.

Personally, I like to score cris-crosses (like checker board) on the top of my bakes potatoes then rub them with olive oil and sea salt. Magnificent.
That's probably why I weigh as much as I do. Was not happy when nurse told me my BMI this morning. I think I have definitely crossed the line from 'big girl' to 'massive fatty' now. Need to work on that!
