F**k! I hate travelling coach! Tried to get on my coach today, but he wouldn't let me on because I didn't confirm my return journey! The local office and help line have been closed for days!!! Arghhhh!!! F**k you National Express. Twats.

They're f**king knob-ends. They have often left the bus stop too early. Their record was 30 minutes too early, the f**kers! There is only one coach a day here so if I miss it, I'm stuck. Luckily I'm staying at my Dads for Christmas.
