I haven't had roast cow in a long time. I often find beef very hit and miss.

Getting ready to brew some beer. My mother (and the rest of my family) is visiting for Christmas and likes hefeweizens so I'm going to give one a try. It's a bit trickier than normal ales so I hope it turns out ok.

I'm only on a temporary secondment at the moment, this is for the permanent job. Hopefully it's just a ticky box thing- they seem to think it is.

I've been busy! Plus no one is on on Sunday So I always RT on a Monday Between 9 -12 for maximum exposure
