YUM!

I had a roast dinner today: gammon, roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, cauliflower, brussells sprouts and lots of gravy.

What is gammon? I'm guessing meat...

Yum. Apart from the cauliflower and brussel sprouts.

I made spicy pumpkin soup today. Sadly I didn't spice it enough. :(

It's a bit of porky pig.

Like briney ham.

Oh, okay. I was afraid that was the nice term for something scary like badger...

Pork, from the hind leg.

Laughing out loud

Total waste of an evening. Curses!!!

Someone get Gav some Gammon.

Sunday night insomnia again. Boo. Have camped out in the livingroom where I will sleep alone, as Dan has to be up early :(

A bit behind on NaNo but watching Hustle series 2 ep 1 on DVD.

I love the feel of the show.

I'm writing a poem.

I'm writing a poem.

'Incandescence', by Old Rocker

Hick, hack, hock,
Rinky tinky on purple grass,
Shafts of light, hob-nail boots,
Tramping down the bamboo,
That grows upwards, downwards, sideways,
Into the Concrete Cosmos,
Life is mauve,
I am orange,
Hick, hack, hock.

I finished my poem.
