Yap. It's Siebel CRM, just tailor made with all of the inspection and compliance stuff. Not the best, but it's a damn sight better than our old system which was build in-house and essentially just a massive data store with no CM capabilities or relationship tracking.

Yes it will be. LOTS of moving parts. I understand it's a lot more complex than your box standard versions.
