Okay.

Last night I went to the pub with a few friends. It was interesting.

Morning all.

Morning all.

Careful with those stairs today, bigfella. You never know when they might try something. Pleased

They lie in wait to pounce.

Morning all.

Yo mate

Just found out that my phone auto corrects "Fonzie" into "fondue", so the coolest thing in the world loses out to the least cool.

Ellie is playing it cool and letting candidates for a role she's advertising for wait in reception for a while... just to make them sweat. She is also feeling a bit mean and may ask confusing questions and use long words.

Where's Nat? It's almost 10am, she should have five or six posts by now. I'm worried.

Ask "What would you say is *my* biggest weakness?"

My phone corrects Rosemary to sore nappy.

Ellie! Don't be horrible!

Ask "What would you say is *my* biggest weakness?"

Ask "On a scale of 1 to ten. How great am I?"

Then if they answer question it.

A bit like x factor then, except they don't use long words.

Ask them this: "So... what makes you tick?"

I had that come up in an interview for an A Level Art course once and it completely stymied me. I met the interviewer again years later when I went back to the college to do some work experience for my degree. I brought it up with him (he'd forgotten having asked it of course) and he said "You were 16. Why didn't you just tell me you liked pizza and blowjobs - that would have been fine."
