Think it needs more explosions and graphic elements constantly appearing on the screen.
So you can make the background move along with the character? That is pretty impressive. Good work.

Lol! Yeah the mechanics are now all in place. It's only the twist part need to perfect. At the minute it's a camera on path, which isn't wokring as the character is confined to the x-z Axis so the camera flips and he can't move. So I've thought of an ingeinus work around. It's just because using a 3d game engine to make a 2d game. But it's definitely fixable.
You doing this just for kicks or is there a final product in mind?

There is a final project in mind. Making the Newmans game as a tech demo, and will be doing a Project M game for cash money I hope. It's not massively important on my time schedule at the moment though so it's just couple of hours at night I fiddle with it.
Well, the party was a disaster! I feel so bad for my son. There was nowhere near enough food and she tried to pin it on me. She said, "I'm sorry everyone has to take such small amounts, but somebody didn't make enough food." (emphasis on somebody, directed toward me). So, I said, in a loud clear voice, "Well Barb, you should have told me you were inviting all these extra people. If I had known I was going to me cooking for 8 more, I certainly would have made much more. But that's okay. You didn't bring enough burgers, hot dogs, and buns. No worries." The whole thing totally backfired on her!!!!! Everyone apologized to me. Andie - 1, mother in law - 0.
Ha! In your face, Grandma.

This is a war of attrition. Nobody wins.

What is the appropriate Americanism at this point? Some form of 'high five'?
Good work.
Thanks all. She's been doing things like this to me for years. At one point last night one of the aunts pulled me aside and said she was afraid it was a set up, because who would invite people to somebody else's house. She offered to bring food and the MIL turned her down. I think I'm finally winning the battle. She's been causing me problems from day one.
And yes, a high five is appropriate.

I feel really sorry for you AL. My MIL died a few months ago and during my marriage (20 years) she gave us nothing but 100% support and would always go out of her way to help.
Ben likes toast.
sigh andy if you were@the bush's you could have bombed her house, hanged her and hung a victory banner from your house

You are very fortunate Will. She was very unhappy with her mother-in-law, mainly because her MIL could see through her crap and see what a shitty mother she was to my husband. I think she just thinks that's how it's supposed to be. And everybody loves me. She drives everyone else bonkers.
The current WIP of Hannah Newman. 3 different looks I'm toying with. http://ow.ly/i/3bfS any preferences?
