We buy these:
Notice the wholewheat! Now if you cook wholewheat rice, pasta, noodles right they tastes the same as "white" version. But I'll admit, I go between both types, but mainly stick to wholemeal/wheat/brown.

I got these horrid stringy noodles which I have to use up. Might do a stir fry tonight now
