I could easily stop drinking, as I don't anyway. :)
I could just about manage to force myself to go for a long walk every day.
But I couldn't just stop eating yummy things. Maaaaaybe cut down, but not stop.

It's surprisingly alright :) I have lots of stir frys and jacket spuds etc.
