Had goose last year. It's a bit ... odd. Weird meat; not nice, but not not nice either. A slightly odd aftertaste perhaps.
Oh dear, we are having goose for the first time this year - now I don't think I want any.
Well you might like it! And it's also possible that I was unlucky to get a weird one, and they're perfectly fine for the rest of the time. I seem to recall it was, on the whole, similar to chicken, but with an interesting sweetness, perhaps, at the end.
Parents had goose couple of years back. Considering there was only three of us at the table and my mother doesn't eat much there was very little to go round. Sorry to be a bit of a goose downer.
