Just back from the gym, nice 30 minute brisk walk up a 4% incline and then some weights.
Robyn is tired and should have worked this evening, but saw her friend instead.

I made my kids eat brussel sprouts for dinner...am I the meanest mom in the world??? My 4 year old says so. 
I loooooove them!
I steamed them, so they weren't moosh balls like the ones that I had to eat as a kid. And I put some lemon juice in the water. And I only made them each eat 2. I love them too.
My niece loves them even more than me. Strange for a kid.
She even eats them with ketchup. :/
My daughter eats apple slices with ketchup. I worry about her constantly.

Try telling them that Brussels Sprouts are special kid sized Cabbages ?
Or Magic Cabbages reduced in size so that they expand & fill you up in your tummy!
