Finally watched the last series of Frasier - very good - if a little too tidy. But satisfying.

Now returning to my Woody Allen collection and tonight I'm chronologically at Annie Hall. The first of his moments of pure genius. Soon I'll be hitting Broadway Danny Rose, Manhattan, and Stardust Memories (yes, it's one of my all-time favs of his.)

Yippee!

I've been getting back into Frasier recently.
I lost interest towards the end of the original run.
But looking back It should go down as a classic.
I just wish they wouldn't keep repeating the same ones over & over.

My youngest had the "Flesh is Burning" song stuck in his head just like Daphne and Martin did on one of the early episodes. He sang it for a couple of days.

They've got so much material that they could mash it all up and create some new episodes.

I think I have an ingrowing toenail.

Couldnt have the covers on my foot last night it hurt so much. So now it hurts and my foot is frozen! :(

Aaron was meant to be going on Eurostar today. Unimpressed

Robyn feels silly for being all excited about Christmas.

Aaron doesn't feel the slightest bit Christmassy.

Billwill is trying to get Mythbuntu working on his eeePC900.

Tried Jolicloud or Chrome OS?

Basically I secretly want to be Russian.

We can learn it together!

Chip's just walked across a muddy field and his feet are covered in mud. He's okay with it, though.

It would be odd if you'd walked through a muddy field and ended up with your feet covered in silver glitter.

And a bit gay.

Careful. My lady friend at the weekend was given a card in the street saying she was "ugly on the inside" for wearing fur.

Laughing out loud They're ugly on the inside for being such pretentious twats.

Never heard of Napster?

To France? :O

I cloned myself with the aid of beer called "Christmas Kiss" in the Coronet, but alas I couldn't get at the email to validate it so it's an NBG-clone instead of a BCG-clone.

I'd have had to ban and warn you for creating multiple accounts, so it's probably for the best.

Am I allowed to think your son is good looking DaButt? Is he of age?

Why does he have to be of age?

I went to the theatre

Oh no you didn't!

Quote: Ben @ December 17 2009, 10:02 PM GMT

Did I ever tell you about the time I sent an engineer to Tonbridge instead of Tunbridge Wells? Oh, I did laugh!

Mark once sent an engineer to a small town in Kent rather than the East Midlands. Beat that.

I'd watch from a safe distance and hope for blood.

Then go out, collect the discarded limbs, and sell them to medical students?

I wrapped my first presents today. It was fun.
I even used a shiny bow.

'You Russian Formalist' fails though! Have you done automation, defamiliarization and plot as syuzhet yet? Blimey, I remember some stuff - especially that the formalists had a little bit of spare cash and waaaaaaay to much time on their hands! Unimpressed
Actually, you could right an essay on that...

Aaron has just seen the greatest album title ever:

Most of the remixes we've made for other people over the years except for the one for Einstürzende Neubauten because we lost it and a few we didn't think sounded good enough or just didn't fit in length-wise, but including some that are hard to find because either people forgot about them or simply because they haven't been released yet, a few we really love, one we think is just ok, some we did for free, some we did for money, some for ourselves without permission and some for friends as swaps but never on time and always at our studio in Ghent.

... by Soulwax.
