I came a cropper on the icy road this morning. Came off the bicycle at exactly the same place as in January. Didn't dislocate my elbow this time though 
just a bit of a scabby knee

Ouch! I haven't come off a bike in the ice since I was five and sitting on the back of my brother's bike.
