Scotti has finally finished his parents heating system. Boiler, vertical flue, 12 rads, 3 bundles of 15, 2 of 22, first fixed kitchen, re-ran gas throughout whole house...
and now have two bathrooms and fireplaces all to do. All for FREE!!!

Sourdough is made with spelt and yoghurt I think. I also think it's low GI, so you might want to try it.
Sourdough toast is the best toast. I was never able to find it on the breakfast menu when I visited the UK. It's ubiquitous in San Francisco.
