I don't know if I imagine it, but although I can see better in my glasses, I become sort of invisible when I wear mine.
The neighborhood ladies are making a pie run. I'm drinking beer with their husbands.

Heh. Same here. But with housemate. She doesn't *get* Peep Show. What is wrong with people?!

My oldest is a little too young yet to watch it. But I know what you mean. A friend tried to watch the very 1st episode with me and just sat there perplexed the entire time. I don't think it's an "American" thing in my case, just a friend who has a humour deficiency.

My housemate didn't even try it. She just assumes it's 'educational' (like, you know, the news) or 'posh', if I'm watching it. Also clashes with her catching up on One Tree Hill recordings .
Are you watching on BBC America or do you have the DVDs/downloaded eps?

Did your housemate suffered minor head trauma as a child, Finck?
Also! Finck!
Andrea!

They ran part of Series 1 one there a long time ago. I bought Series 1 recently and am trying to get my region free DVD player sorted out, then I'll just buy them from your side of the earth.
Elliot!

That would explain a lot. She's also from Wales.

Ah. I think I've watched the first few series online. On Google Video mostly. I suppose Randy could provide you with a copy, too.
My son leaves for a field trip very soon, so I think I'll get to watch then. It's just so frustrating when I have to wait so long to see what you all are watching.

I know exactly what you mean.
Have you tried TheBox, though?
