I remember getting my A-level results. I bumped into someone who said they were posted on a wall at school, so Mr Dagger dropped me off and I had a look (no one else was around) and had a look at my friends' results. I then went home and rung them up to tell them and then went over to my mum and dads' and was slagged off for not doing getting all As (As were very rare back then), despite being the only person in my family to even sit A-levels. So we had an argument and I stormed off home with Mr Dagger. Ah, happy days...
Oh, and it's true - your A-level results are never used for anything again after you've got a uni place.
