Nah. He's still about the best comedy actor/writer we've got.

But do you get excited by the idea of a new Coogan project anymore? I don't. I'm still interested, but I no longer feel that buzz of expectation anymore.

Do you think his rep is damaged because of this tour?

I don't think he'll sell many tickets if he does tour again. :D

But I don't think his TV and film career, or production company, will suffer.

Went to see it at the O2 last night.

Ellie, what did you think of the O2 as a comedy venue? Where did you sit? (I'm seeing the Boosh there next week).

I have a more general problem in that I'm never really excited by anything, so I can't really tell.

Yes. Go on then I'll indulge you, who would be your choice then? Mmm?

Depends how 'big' (in terms of performance) the person(s) on stage is. If they really play it up with a larger-than-life, energetic performance, then it's ace. If they're not doing much, then it's going to be like sitting in a single armchair watching TV on an old 14" screen in the middle of an aircraft hanger.

I really don't know. Everyone's a bit crap. But it sure as hell wouldn't be Coogan. Not this side of Saxondale/2005.

You don't know. Cheers. That's a brilliant answer. Top f**king notch.

Like I said, everyone's crap.

Fiddle-faddle. The Boosh boys are of interest. I'm keen to see what Sharon Horgan gets up to next. Gervais/Merchant still get my juices flowing (although probably not for much longer). Mitchell/Webb are still worth a look. As is Peter Kay and Rob Brydon.

I saw Lee Evans, and I was sat on the main floor area with the satge in front of me. That was brilliant.

Coogan I was sat to the left of the stage so it was quite annoying to have to keep looking sideways... also I seemed so far away!!
