On eating from tubes, they used to make tubes of 'Nestles Milk' which I used to purchase secretly and eat in one go in my room. I was 41 at the time and mum got so cross about that.

I was actually about 14 when I did that. Just managed to keep it from Mom but the lady in the shop where I bought my fix knew. She knew.
