New series from League of Gentlemen!

Well, not quite. It's written by Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith, it's called 'Psychoville', and here's the BBC News link...

Very excited. What do we all think?

Yeah, I'm excited.

Not on till next year though. :(

Innnteresting....

Thanks Shaggy.

Should be good; though I do wish the League would do something new together.

Sounds rather interesting indeed.

Oh yes, I read about this a while back. I'd forgotten since then though.

Let's hope it's funny, and hey, maybe we'll all be having a little laugh at it.

I can't believe how slow the BBC have been here about reporting their own news - this website published details about Psychoville three months ago!

I have to say it sounds great - love the idea there's a hidden mystery to uncover.

Did anyone watch Funland, that Jeremy Dyson wrote?? I really liked that.

I'm all for anything by The League or members thereof.

Yes, I liked Funland too.

I liked Gatiss's taxidermist character.

I tried watching a few clips from the show on YouTube and couldn't get into it. A little too dark for my tastes I guess.

Was Funland that thing where Gattis played a creepy, gay Dutchman?

Yes. I loved him!

I loved League of Gentlemen, but to me this sounds like a bit of a tired retread. And Funland was awful rubbish, although I was mildly aroused by the "Kris Marshall being cuckolded" storyline in that.

Anyone know why Gatiss isn't involved in this project? Is Dyson writing too?

Hope it's not going to be only 2/3 as funny as LoG. Though saying that, even if it was, it would still be loads better than a lot of stuff being broadcast.
