I caught the last few seconds of the politics show at lunch time today and I'm sure the presenter said that Bill Bailey is going to be on the question time panel tonight. In my TV guide it says that Shaun Bailey will be on. I just can't imagine Bill on Question Time answering serious questions so maybe he won't be. Guess there isn't long to find out though.
I have just checked Bill's website and it says he will be on 'This Week' at 11:35 BBC 1 tonight. I guess the presenter must have said "after Question Time"
