Wanted - Comedy DVD Recommendation

OK I'm going round a mate's house for beers tonight.

I said I'd bring a DVD from Blockbuster but have no idea what to get.

I want something that:

- Hasn't been out on DVD long
- Is very funny (this guy is a South Park fan if that helps)
- Doesn't dissolve into mawkishness or sentimentality
- Doesn't go on for ever

Suggestions please.

Futurama - The Beast With a Billion Backs.

Good sir! But everyone keep them coming please.

Is this a date? Is this with... Seefacts?

I watched Idiocracy the other day, which was pretty darn funny.

I really rated Idiocracy too. It could have been even better but the premise alone made it worth the while.

No it is a perfectly heterosexual arrangement not involving Seefacts.

Our womenfolk are going out for dinner and as sensitive new men we are going to stay in and look after his kid, ie get pissed in front of the telly and ignore the baby alarm.

Cue Sooty with endless U R A PEEDO!!11!!! jokes.

I don't even know Idiocracy (Googles...). Hmmm. Looks very promising.

In Bruges.

In Bruges.

What he said.

You could watch that episode of Friends where Mike and Ross are forced to spend the night together "hanging out".

Team America?

The Dark Crystal?

Pans Labyrinth?

Look Who's Oinking?

Is In Bruges a comedy?

Yes, a fabulous one!

Oh I had no idea I thought it was a thriller. That's a strong possibility then.

Some great recommendations people. Keep it coming.
