Tis easy!
1. Go to a hosting site like Imageshack
2. Click "browse" and select your pic, for example.. Byroo.jpg
3. Click "host it"
4. Click on the thumbnail pic and select thumbnail mode OFF.
4. Choose the direct link and copy it. It will look a bit like http://img367.imageshack.us/img367/3646/byrooyo7.png for example.
5. Come back here and type it in using the code for image that you can get by clicking help and going to BBcodes.
and there you go!
