Laughing out loud

It's cos you're Canadian. A 28 year old Canadian male is the equivalent of a 63 year old Englishman. :)

We all know Canadians age like dogs. Thats what all English people are taught in school.

And in India, I'm a millionaire.

Let's not bring India into this. Before you know it Aaaron will be doing his Gupta voice.

Me too, gimme some skin brother.

Damn I better start drinking tea and inserting 'jolly' into my vocabulary.

My top ten would include, in no particular order:

Ed Wood
Dawn of the Dead (1978)
The Usual Suspects
King of Comedy
Goodfellas
Fargo
Blood Simple
The Truman Show
The Odd Couple
Pulp Fiction

That is an excellent list.
I don't like the Truman Show (although the idea is brilliant) but the rest are all fantastic.

I think the Usual Suspects is overrated. Everyone goes on about that scene, where Kevin Spacey's character gets all the fake names from posters and tea cups, in the interrogation room, as if it's genius. I don't see what the big deal is - a really clever criminal would just make up a load of fake names off the top of his head, without having to look around the room, surely?

And "spiffing". You can't forget "spiffing". :)

The Usual Suspects rules. Though you may have a point. Shut up.

Sounds filthy.

No, that's "tiffin".

And "spiffing".

Is that like spitting only for people with a speach impediment?

As for Usual Suspects, I think the whole "making up a story based on the office he's in" means you can have a big reveal at the end whereby the detective interviewing Kevin Spacey - and the audience - can realise they've been had.

Mmmmmm, tiffins.

Exactly. Duh. If you don't get it you're THICK and you don't deserve to watch it anyway.

;)

I really like that one.

I really like that one.

Me too.

The plot etc is amazing. But I found the whole film felt really cold and soulless. (for a reason, I expect, but still.)
