Contacted by Jan Jung Page 3

Ive been contacted by Jan. He asked more about me and what I'm working on at the moment, since I got back to him, I haven't heard anything though.

As most people have said already - Jan is a great person and getting contacted is a opportunity. I'm convinced he'll go far with Screenplay - he's the most workaholic man I've met (over the phone). Good luck!

Agree. Seems a very decent chap. Sent me a long e-mail regarding my script, seems to like my work although made notes for improvement and asked me to send any future work. Can't be a bad thing.

I have never been contacted by Jan Jung. I was wondering if one of those of you who have might have an email address as I have just completed a script I am doing my best to whore as many places as possible.

There's a link on the first page of this thread. :)

I am glad I was directed to this thread (a thanks goes out to Morrace for that) as I was unsure if Screenplay was now only recieving submissions through first look.
I have, myself, recently sent an email of enquiries to Jan and am now eagerly awaiting his response.

Possibly. I was just asking about the copyright proceedure for Screenplay productions and generally introducing myself.

I can give you Jan's personal mobile phone number if you want?

That would be marvelous. Could you please PM it to me.

IT David, are you going to put your sketch up for critique? Despite myself, I am genuinely keen to read it.

A huge amount of hype has been generated about "The Sketch."

David, I do share your sentiment about not wanting to reveal "The Idea Behind The Sketch" as I have a sitcom with elements in it that I don't want anyone else to copy...
...but that's a sitcom series, not just one sketch.

I think Jan will require more from you than simply one sketch.
He'll want to see a number of them if he is to have any interest in a potential sketch show.

I have a degree in the Bleeding Obvious. :P

Ah yes, but what if the one sketch shows that IT David is a comedy writer with a unique talent?

Then his name will be added to the list with all the others. ;)

Just wondering, what has Jun Jang ever produced?

Not including European 'television' obviously. What has he done here?

Congratualations to Jan Jung on being one of the few producers to give feedback to writers.

Don't you have to 'produce' something/anything to be a producer?
