Just found this again - I can't make up my mind if they are terrible or just plain stupid. (Stupid is good. ;) )

Split up in a sketch show they'd do fine

I think the key is repetition. One on its own is worthless, those 3 begin to get the point across, 30 might get funny. In fact you wouldn't even need dialogue then, you'd just have the two characters, say, standing under a waterfall, one turns to the other with an inquisitive look.

Would only work as part of a full show, definitely. Come on, you can imagine mitchell and Webb getting a few laughs out of it!

Yeah, I think they'd work in a Fast Show type way. Might not get much of a reaction at first, but could build to being quite funny.

As Ben says, it would be very funny on a 'fast show' type program.
To the point where it would make you laugh before they said anything as you would already know what's coming.

I could definitely see it working when split up in a sketch show. Very funny!

:)

YES! Laughing out loud

:)

These sort of jokes aren't really my cup of tea. I could see this turning into a catchphrase gag, which for me I've never been a fan of.

But I seem to be in the minority here... So I say go for it! :D
