Paul Newman dies.

Hollywood movie legend Paul Newman has died at the age of 83 after a long battle with cancer.

He made some great films and will be sadly missed.

RIP

Cool Hand Luke is one of my favorite movies of all time. I was forced to watch it in school but was hooked when I noticed the sound bites in the opening scene in the jail were ripped by Guns and Roses.
"what we have here is a failure to communicate".
My snot nosed and closed minded teenage brain flickered on and I watched the whole thing with awe.

were his bestest films.

The Sting must be mentioned here; an excellent film. One of the best.

Oh, and The Towering Inferno.

He was the only one left from 'them days' after Marlon went and abandoned us.

SLAP SHOT! I can't believe I almost forgot that movie! It's hilarious! It's not Canadian but every Canadian probably ranks it as one of their favorite comedies ever.
