Hi guys,
Two different 'jokes' I've been using in my routine which is better, do you feel or could I do both? They aren't by bankers by any means but work with the context.
I feel I'm a good catch, I own my own property, okay it's a shed...
1) but it has an awning, it's not meant to have an awning but I never was very good with instructions.
2) it doesn't have electricity, my first shed did but too much electricity according the the fire investigation officer.

Exactly how I deliver, the 2nd bit is from later on in the routine but was wondering if I should substitue it, combine them or just drop the 2nd.
I like the 2nd one. 
I think you can use both. The first one goes well with the phrase you have and the second's a good follow-up gag.

Both gags are good. I would go with Dan's suggestion, but maybe add a twist to the second one as suggested by sootyj.

Thanks guys, sootyj's twist doesn't really fit (and at this stage only using stuff written by myself at this stage) will have a think.
