My comics

I've been making comics for about a year now. Here's the link to them:

Tell me what you think (and join the forum while you're there :D)

Hello Yatta,

I very much like your comics - they are funny, original and surreal. Keep it up and keep updating us.

Tom.

Yep, loving your work too, Yatta.

Making your own comics is a cheap way of getting your stuff out there. I watched the American Splendor movie the other day, and the creator of the comic, Harvey Pekar just wrote about his life and got someone else to draw it. Of course, these days everyone does blogs instead.

Yatta, do you do printed versions?

Good stuff. It is a pretty good way to get your writing out there. I made comics for a while but it was so hard to publicise them, shame there's no Youtube for comics.

Thanks for the comments :)

I don't have any printed versions. Why? You planning to delete my copyright notice and replace it with your own and steal my work? You are?... Well, that's a good idea, wish I'd thought of it- could have stolen the comics from explosm and it'll be me making money from shoddy merchandise.

Mumble Joe is my favourite of them so far! :D Really funny and surreal - perfect for me!

Jenga's my favorite. :)

Actually Candy Shop's my favorite.

No! I just like printed comics. You can easily read them when you are having your meal and don't have access to the computer. People like to read in all kinds of situations - even while on the toilet, apparently. :)

I think more people should do their own comics, there are plenty of ideas, just look at the critique section. Even those with modest artistic talents can get some good results.

There's been more comics added if anyone wants to look at them.
