Nah, Chortle's alright. And I have nothing against writers per se: it's just the bitching and ridiculously overly-analytical nature of it all.

I did think of a good one a minute ago though. But now it's gone again. Bugger. Ooh, I suppose I could add political correctness...

Love:

1. Watson.
2. You.
3. English and German and those who speak either of it (properly).
4. People.
5. Randomness.
6. Chopping wood.
7. The tools section at the diy/hardware store.
8. Real weather.
9. Things I find in books (old library cards/post cards).
10. Elegant old men (and women actually).

Hate:

1. Indifference.
2. Captain Hammer (I know a non-fiction version of that one).
3. Hot weather.
4. People.
5. My own awkwardness.
6. Getting things done (or rather the fact that I never can).
7. The BILD Zeitung.
8. Anglicisms in German (whereas I think Germanisms in English are quite cute).
9. The concept of dogs (not necessarily the creatures themselves, think Frankenstein).
10. Helplessness.

It's so great. I've chopped wood for three whole hours the last time. My father thought I'd gone mad. Couldn't move my arms the next day, though. I want my own axe for Christmas this year.
