When are you really from? Page 3

I keep thinking I should have been born 10 years earlier. Specifically because I fell in love with Grunge, Alternative and New School Punk rock. I've been told by many people "you know...that music isn't really your generation right?". YES! I know but I love it.
Comedy wise after reading Steve Martin the comedy of the 70's seems so genius and exciting. Wish I could have been around then. That and England looked super cool after watching Life on Mars.

The late fifties and early sixties were probably the best of times to be alive. After grinding poverty but before health and safety.

I think I'm really from the early 1900's. Where curvy hour shaped women were embraced in a corset to pump their boobs up to the ceiling, making it easy for balancing a pint of beer on.

And fainted all the time from oxygen deprivation, because they squished their lungs.

I'm hoping to fit in next week.

Wasn't she married to that wasp guy from the Agatha Christie ep of Doctor Who?

The stone age looks like fun in the Flintstones. And I could literally re-invent the wheel. As a hexagon.

Or maybe 20 AD so I could get Jesus to add a couple of extra things in the bible. Maybe that will actually happen. Maybe that's why the Simon disciple - who was me - changed his name to Peter - so people in the future - you - don't realise it was really me - Simon.

I'd go with the first one. You're much more likely to bump into the Flintstones.

I couldn't say as I've blanked that episode from my mind. It was truly terrible.

No arguments from me there Mister Griff.

It's prohibition in America, I run my own speak easy, I'm the best cocktail maker in the world and Tallulah works in my club just so she can be near me. Cool

1960's Berlin when the Russki's put the wall up. 'Sings' One moment in time. What a voice.

You what?

Blimey - don't foreigners see things differently!

I should have been born later, I'm a man of the 21st century.
