This is quite simply the strangest and most revolting thing I've read in a long time:

That's put me off me pasta.

F**k's sake, if only their parents have given them some attention growing up...

They probably thought it seemed innocuous when they said they were going to join the army a ha ha!

I have nothing against plastic surgery. However, I really do think we need a governing body as so many go wrong and there are some dodgy surgeons out there unregulated then we wouldn't have Micheal Jackson syndrome. They should also prevent people with certain mental conditions from having it without consent from a doctor and a psychologist.

I think I feel sick.

At the bottom of that article, it says they've got some genital work planned next and they'll update BME readers with some photos. Do the BME readers really want to see those photos?!

Having followed their site back to the home page and seen some of the other work on display, I'd say yes. Yes they would.

You don't half get some dickheads.

Oh, maybe I only saw that subconsciously.

Their mother must be so proud...

But, but, the man could get free pics anywhere?

Realism.

I'm fairly the certain their mother either committed suicide, is in prison, or has equally ridiculous piercings. She probably is proud. There's no way a 'normal' parent would bring up children who turned out that way.

To be honest it's a shame women choose to f**k themselves up by getting implants. They look far far better being 'lightly portioned' than having those fecking gross looking balloon things with scars that come from surgery.

Seconded.

The only legitimate reason I can see for such surgeries is following mastectomies or the like.

Yes. And car crashes and stuff, for the face.

Agreed. I would say at least 99% of people who want cosmetic surgery need a good session of therapy instead.

*raises hand*

Or so you tell me.

Oh.

I hope so, for my own possible future kids. (please no tattoos, piercings and willy transplants.....)

There is.

I love that there used to be the British Association of Plastic Surgeons. BAPS.

Yep! All you need is a couple of sessions with a nice old therapist with a beard, and a nice comfy leather couch.
