I'm actually quite upset I don't have a work station as such. I come home, sit on the sofa and my lap top goes on my lap.

What you need to put between the [ image] tags is the "image address," rather than the web address of the page which the image is on. To get the image address just right-click on the image and select "Copy Image Address" then you can paste that in between the image tags.
Does that make sense? I suck at giving instructions.
Can we have a picture of Ellie-Wellie's lap?
