The Cottage was good, if you like a bit of horror thrown in too.
British comedy film recommendations Page 4
Heartlands is a very good little known Britsh film, starring Micheal Sheen. The humour is subtle but it's a nice heartwarming story. Plus it's got darts...
Anyone like Gregory's Girl? I've got quite a soft spot for that film.
Yes, very good

Yes, but it's not exactly got much competition, be honest.

Oh I liked that.
Oh yeah, the Ade/Rik film? I liked that too. Had Simon Pegg in it!
I want to see The Cottage. Although I know I'll hate just as much of it as I'll like.
Yeah, I think it was essentially Bottom: The Movie. Don't recall Pegg. But then it's been years since I saw it last. And only watched Bottom for the first time a few months ago. How backwards am I?
I was intrigued by the look of The Cottage, but again, cinema ticket prices.
It's a DVD now!
I must dig out that video rental card...
It just feels so 90s to rent a movie.
re: Hotel Paradiso
F**k off, both of you! That is almost THE worst film I have ever seen in my life.
It's only saving grace is that it's not Hulk.
And yes, I was a big fan of Bottom but that film is a travesty.

But rental is still expensive!
I'll just wait for it to come on BBC One or something, like everything else.
About a Boy
Brassed Off
Still Crazy
Ali G Indahouse
Scraping the Barrel
Maybe one for Leevil, to follow Nude Nuns With Big Guns.
Great tag line.Still Crazy. Bill Nighy, Timothy Spall, Stephen Rea, Billy Connolly, Jimmy Nail. Bill Nighy is perfectly cast as Ray, the lead singer with Strange Fruit...my favourite.
