Yeah, they had a couple of good singles out, but never really lived up to the rather large hype, as I seem to recall.

To Earth With Love was very good. I seem to recall going to see them play a free gig, somehere outdoors in London.

Nigel, bless him, at least did the right thing and quit med school for the band. He was always going to make a better musician than a doctor. The rather stupid hype was basically because of Cliff going around thinking he was David Bowie. (Of course it didn't help that he was an ex-music journo, which meant a few former colleagues couldn't wait for a chance to put the boot in.) Nigel's a very sweet, modest chap himself. They were big in Japan for a while, of course.
