Scientist 1: Yep. It makes things look bigger.

Liked it. I'd change the informal "Yep" to a "Yes" though. Gives it more gravity.

Feels very Mitchell and Webb to me. I can imagine David Mitchell looking up from the microscope very slowly and seriously and then delivering the line.
Or the line could be delivered quickly, but then there could be a dramatic musical swell as the camera slowly pushes in on the other scientist.
Arrghh, there's infinite ways you could do this. It's just pure joke, is what it is.

The set-up's the key with things seeming perfectly normal. Good joke.
They could have done with it on Lab Rats. Shame they used all their rubbish.
