Life Or Death Sketch

Haven't posted for a while, so let me know what you think, cheers.

CAMERA SHOWS A MALE(JACOB),HE HAS MUD ALL OVER HIM AND IS TALKING TO A CAMERA.

Jacob
At this point you're probably asking, what would I do if I was stuck in the middle of nowhere? What would I do if I had no contact to the outside world? And even more importantly, what should I do if I have no food or water in this deadly situation? Fortunately I have the answer. Now we all know that it is vitally important that you keep yourself hydrated, so one wise tip is to drink your own urine. I know it's not the best drink you'll ever have, but this really is, life or death.

(DRINKS OUT OF A BOTTLE THAT CONTAINS HIS OWN URINE)

Jacob (cont'd)
This should keep me alive for at least.....

Female
Jacob? Don't you think you're taking this camping lark a little too seriously?

CAMERA ZOOMS OUT TO REVEAL HE IS SURROUNDED BY TENTS AND CARAVANS.

Female (cont'd)
Now hurry up, it's your turn to bowl.

Jacob
(SMILES AWKWARDLY) Yeah sorry.

Very good. Reminds me of a Scaryduck story too rude for here.

Pretty good. It just reminded me of a sketch I was going to write a while back but never got round to it.

Nice skit, in the long tradition of urine srinking skits.

Always good to tkae the piss.

Cheers for the feedback guys, much appreciated.

Loved it. :)

It's the kind of sketch that would be good on an impressions show, you know, doing an impression of that TV survival guy, Bear Griff or whatever he's called.

I'd love to see Bear Grylls eat that other survivalist, the one whose a bit girly.

Yeah, it would suit something like Dead Ringers. If that was still going....

I think you should stop the sketch when the camera zooms out. The joke is the reveal. The bit that follows doesn't do the sketch any favours.

Forgive me, "your turn to bowl"?

Not sure I get that bit.

I put that bit in to show that his family where just doing 'normal' camping activities like playing cricket etc, I guess that line didn't really need to be in the sketch, like Winterlight said. Cheers for the feedback guys.

Ah, right.

I thought that was some odd camping term. You could still have something at the end, like a cow mooing or something.

Or a kid kicking a football past him.
