Well, amongst others, Woody Allen's done the sperm thing in 'Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex But Were Afraid to Ask':

Was actually asked about this skits yonks ago by a chum who had some sperm outfits for a Youtube channel.
Giant sperms, like stupid presidents, and cheery rustics is one of those themes that never really get tired.
