The idea of incapacity benefit and GB being incapable should be an easy skit to write, looks like you took the tougher option

Nice. I'd mention Community service instead of just work in Smith's first line. Also I think you could rule-of-three the policeman's last line to make it funnier. (something like "the 10p tax fiasco, losing all those data discs and selling all our gold off cheaper than Elizabeth Duke")
