I agree. Much like my sister's fake Puerto Rican accent when she was in West Side Story.

Anyone seen the new sherlock holmes movie yet?
Anyone got an opinion?
I'm surprised there hasn't been a backlash for them Hollywoodising it. I know nothing about S.H, but I can't imagine it's staying that true to the original novels, judging by the trailers.

It's becoming the norm in hollywood nowadays, I know there are examples I just can't think of anything off the top of my head.
Oh, it's not just now-a-days, they been doing since the block buster 80s. I'm not that surprised, like. I, I don't know...
I sometimes like Robert Downey Jnr, but he also comes across as a bit of a prick other times. So this film doesn't excited me very much.
There's a thought, we have quite a few UK celebrities lurking on here. I wonder how many Hollywood names we get.
*waits for Mark*
I'm excited to see the Sherlock Holmes film.
I think, since there have already been so many Sherlock adaptations that are true to the books that no one really minds this one being all Hollywoodized.
Although it could be worse, the characters are still English and it's still set in London, etc. I think it looks fun! I mean, I'm sure explosions did exist in Victorian times!
I heard a review on twitter.
"Worse then Wild Wild West"
Make of it as you will. But the guy likes Aliens so he's not a complete cretin.

It can't possible beat 'Young Sherlock Holmes'! And I'm not being ironic, I bloomin' love that film!

Yeah, I don't see a problem, it's just one Holmes flick; there's been a ton, there will no doubt be loads in the future, I think it's fine if one or two are a bit unconventional.

Just seen Avatar in 3D. Great film. Lovely 3D-ness.
